Welcome to Audible Marketing.
I always find it strange writing an About page when the subject is myself. Do I write in the first person and write “I this and I that…” and sound quite egotistical, or do I write in the third person and say “Lisa Hartwell this and Lisa that…”and make it sound like I have paid somebody else to big me up?
I’m going to write in the 1st person since I’ll be writing the majority of the posts on the blog. So simply to say, I have been a broadcaster/voiceover/producer/writer for the past 13-or-so years and I have been studying Internet marketing for a few years (studying sound so dull but I have been actively working on the internet and sucking up as much info as possible during that time).
That’s what makes me feel qualified to write this blog about audio and internet marketing, although I always believe there is more to learn and some wonderful people to learn from, so I’ll also be pointing you in the direction of some of these (free where possible, but the occasional paid stuff…and yes I’ll use an affiliate link…but I will only recommend stuff I use and believe to be truly valuable).
So, that’s me….trying not to sound too egotistical
